In the Past 10 to 15 years, Emma has been focusing her practice on tax planning and structuring, tax consulting and compliance for multi-national and multi-state clients. Emma has also been working with our expatriate clients to help with their US tax compliance and foreign reporting requirements and working with new immigrants with pre-immigration tax planning and post-immigration tax compliance and structuring.

Before joining ZML CPA LLC, Ying had over five years’ experience in small and large CPA firms. She has significant experiences in working with small to middle size businesses and their owners regarding their accounting and tax needs. Ying also had more than 3 years of experiences working with global businesses and individuals.

With more than 10 years in accounting service in different industries, Xiaofang is overseeing bookkeeping services for our business clients. Over the past 10 years, she worked with clients in technology, construction, retails, property management, professional service and nonprofit industries with their accounting needs, closely worked with clients’ tax advisors to prepare necessary reports for tax filings, advise clients with software selection and payroll related matters.

Passed Special Enrollment Examination (SEE) of Internal Revenue Service
After multiple years of professional experience in accounting advisory, audit and financial analysis working in Deloitte China, Nortel and Microsoft, Jing has comprehensive background in financial consulting, accounting process, revenue recognition, internal control, financial budgeting and data analysis. She recently joined ZML CPA LLC after she discovered her passion in tax and business advisory and passed her Enrolled Agent exams with the IRS.
